LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
“And 5,6,7,8 action!” 📣 These are the sounds you hear within the sparkling media and entertainment industry that I have often heard as a professional dancer. The pressure is high and everyone, in front and behind the scenes, is on edge. You’ll got to have a thick skin to pursue this profession with ease and enjoyment. And I failed..
Within 5 years I was unhappy, felt very alone and I had created an unhealthy relationship with food. I knew in my heart that being a part of the glitter and glamorous lifestyle like this, wasn’t the reason why I studied performing arts in the first place. And believe me, as an graduate, those were some long and intense years..
After I quit performing, my focus was back on teaching and I found my spark again. ✨
In 2012 a big wish came true: my own dance and workout center where all my experience comes together.
Sharing my passion for movement to music is what I live for! Giving energy as an instructor and receiving it back when it’s multiplied through a group, creates such a positive vibe for everyone. It works both ways!
When you join, you’ll enter a warm and safe community. A new “family” that will never make you feel alone,
like I used to experience in the industry. 👥
From the bottom of my heart, I want you to get (or stay) fit. We NEED to treat our precious body and mind well. That way, we can live a long and healthy, happy life together with our loved ones. 💜
Music gets us in a certain state immediately. 🎶 So stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. The 3x3 Workout Program combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Let me guide you with a beat and push your limits! 👊🏼
And remember when you join a group fitness class for the first time, even when it’s in the comfort of your own home.. There are no mistakes, only unexpected solos! 😉
